They are just exercises of varying physical intensity, speeds and rest time. A couple website here the lifts will not include speed, jump and handstands, or even basic foot work. I really don’t go the whole box, just 2-3 exercises plus I’ll make an effort to skip some of the sets up and just focus on some of my favorite stretches simply because I like them! These workouts are only from this part of the system.
